BSA Scopes and how to find the right one
Finding the right rifle or spotting scope is all dependent upon what your intended use or uses will be. With BSA optics you get a broad range of choices from several series of scopes, each specializing in a particular type of hunting. If you hunt for a wide variety of game, BSA scopes has a solution with their series that are made to be adjusted by you for whatever type of hunting you may be doing.
The variety of selections available from BSA scopes allows customers to find the right equipment for any type of gun, from shotguns, rifles, air guns and pistols. BSA scopes even have a series of scopes that can be used on crossbows and bow and arrows. For the serious paint ball competitor, or just for those of you who use air guns to do target practice, BSA scopes offers two series of scopes that accommodate that type of shooting.
The first of these two series is the Air Rifle scopes. These BSA scopes can be mounted onto air guns, rim fire guns and small shotguns. They are useful for varmint and small game hunting, as well as target shooting. BSA optics' Rim Fire series of scopes were originally designed for rim fire guns, but they have recently become popular to use on air guns. All of the scopes in this series are made from a single piece of aluminum tube. Rim Fire scopes are best if used
for shooting between 25 and 50 yards.
One of the recent most popular BSA series of scopes are the Sweet 17's. These are typically used for varmint and target shooting. Sweet 17 BSA rifle scopes have a 3 inch eye relief, which provides extra comfort. The trajectory technology used on these BSA scopes was originally designed for military scopes.
For those of you interested in big game hunting, the CatsEye series from BSA scopes is something you will want to check out. This series of scopes are great for low light field conditions and they are all waterproof, shockproof and fog proof. CatsEye scopes are not limited for big game hunting only, they can be adjusted and used for general types of hunting.
As for long range shooting, BSA scopes has got that covered too. The Contender series is recommended for long range shooting, especially when used on center fire and rim fire guns. The lens for Contender scopes is multi-coated to avoid any glare. The Mil-Dot series of BSA scopes is also recommended for long-range use.
Additional BSA scopes series include the Deerhunter series, Platinum Target series, Huntsman series, and the Red Dot scopes. The Deerhunter BSA scopes are good for almost all types of game when using shotguns and rifles. Platinum Target BSA scopes have a built in sun shade to help with keeping your target in sight when you are at an angle with direct sunlight. For an all-around rifle scope that also give you the comfort of a long eye relief, go for the Huntsman
series of BSA scopes. The Red Dot scopes help lock in your target quick. These scopes can be mounted on crossbows, bow and arrow, pistols, rifles and shotguns. There are 11 brightness settings.
BSA optics also carries a line of spotting scopes. Each of their spotting
scope models comes with a tripod and a built in sun shade.
