Burris Scopes Series

Burris optics provide a wide range of rifle scopes and several spotting scope models, all at very affordable prices without sacrificing any quality. Burries scopes are typically considered mid-price range scopes. Burris scopes all come with a forever warranty to ensure their customers that they are purchasing high quality, durable equipment. With any of the Burris scopes you can choose from a number of reticle settings. The most basic reticle styles are plex, fine plex and heavy plex with electro-dot. Burris scopes also have two reticle styles that give you markings to help judge distances. These reticles are the Ballistic milli-dot and the Ballistic Plex.

Burris scopes has seven major series of scopes to choose from. Within each series there are several models with varying magnification, field of view and eye relief capabilities, but all the models in each series have the same general physical characteristics. The first of these seven series is the Fullfield II series. Fullfield Burris scopes have been widely complimented on their great brightness, sharpness and clarity. Fullfield scopes are also very light weight because Burris has designed them to be made with alloys. The engineering and use of new alloys makes Fullfield scopes more lightweight and they still have great durability.

Next, Burris scopes has the Compact series. These scopes have a very wide range of flexibility with the eye relief. You can adjust the eye relief of Compact scopes to be anywhere from 4 inches to 24 inches. The Compact series of scopes also has a field of view that is clearly focused from edge to edge. The third series is the Signature scopes. Each of the varying models of Signature series Burris scopes has a wide range of zoom capabilities to accommodate hunters in any field conditions.

The Signature Series was so successful that Burris scopes put out the Signature Select Series. The Signature Select Series is the newest of all Burris scopes. These models are advanced designs with greater technology than the original Signature series. Next on the list of Burris scopes is the Black Diamond series. The Black Diamond scopes have great clarity and high resolution. The eye relief on Black Diamond Burris scopes is between 3 ½ inches and 4 inches. Black Diamond scopes all provide hunters with maximum accuracy and performance. This series of Burris scopes are very affordable for the great quality and durability you get, which is probably why Black Diamond scopes have become so popular.

Burris scopes has one model with the speed dot feature. The are 11 adjustable settings on the brightness of the Burris speed dot. The lenses are all fully coated and the scope if waterproof and fog proof. The Speed Dot finds your target fast. The speed of this Burris scope is fast enough for competition standards. Burris' Speed Dot also gives you a non-reflective picture for greater sight and accuracy. Burris scopes also carries serval models of handgun scopes. The handgun scopes have extended eye relief for comfort without doing away with great accuracy.

There are also a few models of spotting scopes made by Burris. All of the Burris spotting scopes are made light weight so they are easy to travel with and carry along on rugged hikes. The Signature spotting scope even has a built in retractable sun shade and a camera mount for 35 mm cameras.
